1 mg Guanfacine at bedtime with 600 mg NAC once day. If well tolerated, can increase Guanfacine to 2 mg after one month.

One person took this and it actually helped her relax and sleep much better.
In Germany, a few patients treated for their eyes affected by heart disease, found that their Long COVID symptoms like fatigue and brain fog disappeared, currently in trials in Germany for release to treat Long COVID.
No one in our group tried this, but per articles-Improved memory, organizational skills and ability to multi-task, some patients recovered completely from brain fog,has been shown to help with fatigue as well.
One person tried it and it helped her with excessive sleepiness occurred and only took it when she needed it.
Per articles, this has helped some people with their brain fog and fatigue. It has also helped people with fibromylagia. One person has tried it and hasn't noticed any change yet, she was told it could take awhile to work.
